miR-30a-5p suppresses lung squamous cell carcinoma via ATG5 - mediated autophagy

miR-30a-5p suppresses ATG5-mediated autophagy in LUSC. (A) The result of mRNA were used to evaluate the effect of miR-30a-5p on ATG5. (B) SW900 and NH91 cells were transfected with mimic NC or mimic miR-30a-5p and then starved for 2 hours to stimulate autophagy. ATG5, P62, Beclin 1, and LC3B I/II expression were evaluated by western blot. (C) GFP-mRFP-LC3 lentivirus was used to evaluate autophagy flux in mimic NC/miR transfected SW900 cells.
