MicroRNA-106b-5p inhibits growth and progression of lung adenocarcinoma cells by downregulating IGSF10

MiR-106b-5p suppresses IGSF10 expression by binding to its 3’-UTR. (A) Dual luciferase assay results show that miR-106b-5p directly targets the 3′-UTR of IGSF10.
