MKRN2 inhibits the proliferation of gastric cancer by downregulating PKM2

SGC-7901 and MGC-803 cells were transfected with lentiviral vector containing MKRN2 (pLV-MKRN2) or negative control vector (pLV-NC). Cell proliferation was determined by CCK8 assay and colony formation assay in the SGC-7901 and MGC-803 cells transfected with MKRN2 mimics.
