Inhibition of Fam114A1 protects melanocytes from apoptosis through higher RACK1 expression

(E, F) The expression of apoptosis-related proteins in Fam114A1+RACK1+, Fam114A1-RACK1+,RACK1and Fam114A1-RACK1- were detected by western blot, it can be seen that the expression of apoptotic proteins bax, caspase3, cleaved-caspase3, and P53 decreased significantly in Fam114A1-RACK1+ compared with Fam114A1+RACK1+ and increased significantly in Fam114A1-RACK1- compared with both Fam114A1+RACK1+ and Fam114A1-RACK1+, the result of bcl2 is just the opposite. Statistical analyses were performed using one-way ANOVA and Dunnett’s post hoc test: *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P<0.001.
