Sevoflurane postconditioning ameliorates cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats via TLR4/MyD88/TRAF6 signaling pathway

Sevoflurane postconditioning was performed 10 min after reperfusion. Neurological assessment was established at 24 h after reperfusion. Afterwards, rats were sacrificed for western blot analysis, as well as TTC, HE, Nissl and immunofluorescence staining.
