(A, B) ESCC cells were stimulated with visfatin for 24 h, or preincubated with IgG control antibody or VEGF-C antibody (1 μg/mL) for 30 min, then incubated with visfatin (30 ng/mL) for 24 h. CM was collected from each experiment and added to LECs, to examine tube formation activity. *P < 0.05 compared with the control group; #P < 0.05 compared with the visfatin-treated group.
