Deregulated miR-145 and miR-27b in hutchinson-gilford progeria syndrome: implications for adipogenesis

Genome-wide miRNA profiles were generated from control cell strains (GM01651, GM01652, GM03349) and HGPS cell strains (HGADFN003, HGADFN127, HGADFN178) at <5% and 15-20% senescence.
