Figure 5. miR-145-5p and miR-27b-3p mimic suppress adipogenic differentiation in control cells. Control cell strains (GM05565, GM05757, GM01651) were transfected with 5 nM miR-145-5p or miR-27b-3p mimics on days 0, 3, 6, and 9 during SKP-to-adipocyte differentiation. The treatment groups include 5 nM negative control mimic (NC (M)), 5 nM hsa-miR-145-5p mimic (145 (M)) and 5 nM hsa-miR-27b-3p mimic (27b (M)); qPCR analysis was performed for miR-145-5p (A), and miR-27b-3p (B) both normalized to U6 as well as for IRS1 (C), KLF4 (D), KLF5 (E), PHB (F), PPARγ (G) and LPL (H) all normalized to GAPDH.
