Curcumin in combination with homoharringtonine suppresses lymphoma cell growth by inhibiting the TGF-β/Smad3 signaling pathway

Combination of curcumin with HHT induced apoptosis of lymphoma cells via the mitochondrial-mediated apoptosis pathway. Raji and U937 cells were treated with 5 ng/mL HHT or/and 10 μM curcumin for 72 h. (A) Intracellular ROS generation was measured by DCF fluorescence. (B) MMP loss was determined via JC-1 staining.
